Nicholas F. Costantino, CPA, Member

Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University (1963) and has practiced as a CPA since 1969. His experience spans over 5 decades, starting part time, as a teenager, at his father's firm in the late 50's, to principal of the firm today. This experience has given him an extensive and diverse accounting and tax background, with a concentration in tax and estate planning.

Nick is a member of the Board of Directors and Past President of the Hudson County Chapter of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, a Trustee of the New Jersey State Society of CPA's and Past Chairman of the Political Action Committee of the State Society.

In keeping with a personal commitment to community and local charities, he is currently serving his 12th year as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Meadowlands Hospital Medical Center, a member of the Board of Trustees of Liberty HealthCare System, Inc., and member of the Executive Committee. Other involvement includes, Co-Founder, Treasurer and Trustee of the Harmony Early Learning Center of the Meadowlands Ministries (a not for profit day care center), member of the Secaucus Kiwanis Club and Past President of his condominium association. He is a recepient of the Silver Life Member award from the NJ PBA.

Carl Specht, CPA, Member

Carl is a graduate of Bloomfield College (1971), and a New Jersey CPA since 1976.

His background encompasses over 35 years of accounting and auditing experience, with primary emphasis on service in not for profit, manufacturing, wholesale, retail and service organizations.

Carl is a member of the Board of Directors and Past President of the Hudson County Chapter of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, Vice-President of the New Jersey State Society of CPA’s and a former Trustee of the Scholarship Fund and past chairman of the Community Service Committee of the State Society.

Active in the community, he is currently serving his 5th term as President of Accountants for the Public Interest-NJ and has been a site coordinator and volunteer preparer for the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program for over 20 years. He has been awarded the Volunteer Achievement Award for Outstanding Accounting Service by API-National and the President’s Award for Volunteer Service Leadership and Volunteer of the Year Award by API-NJ. He is also a recipient of the NJSCPA Community Service Award. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Management Accountants and the National Association of Tax Practitioners.

James E Templeton, CPA, Managing Member

Jim is the Managing Member of our firm. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University (1977) and has practiced as a CPA since 1978, and is a registered Public School Accountant. His experience spans over 30 years, starting as an accounting clerk in a New York brokerage firm. He was a Controller of various companies, including a subsidiary of the McDonnell Douglas Corporation.

Jim is a member of the Board of Directors and Past President of the Hudson County Chapter of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, and a past Trustee of the New Jersey State Society of CPA's.

Jim is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Tax Practioners and the Government Finance Officers Association of New Jersey.
